A New York disc jockey has been accused of sharing an instructional video showing how to sexually abuse children.

The case was referred to the Queens district attorney's office by police in Illinois who say they found two child-porn videos in an Internet file-sharing program the DJ was using in February.

Police say one video shows a four-year-old girl having sex with a man and the other gives advice and examples on how to sexually abuse minors.

Prosecutors say the 29-year-old wedding and party DJ is charged with possessing and promoting child pornography. He was arraigned yesterday and is being held on $100,000 bail.

The DJ could get up to seven years in prison if convicted.

This would have not happened if humans were screened at birth for the defect in the brain or genes that cause this. If they have the brain defect or gene. Abort it !!!!!! This way you can have you cake and eat it too. 1.No pedophiles will ever be born. 2.Society WILL BE KILLING pedophiles. It's what you all want,I hear nothing but kill the pedophile kill the pedophile. Well our scientists have the ability to do this. We just have to get the right to life people to understand that pedophiles do not have a right to life, so they get to die even before they are born.

to the other "me" yes , he has hurt children by virtue of having those videos in his possession. And who's to say he was involved in the actual videos. Just because you may or may not see him doesnt mean he wasnt there. I, too, believe 7 years is no where near enough but then I think: 7 years locked up with many prisoners who are also fathers and greatly despise people like this DJ. To Correction JJ, Pit Bull dogs dont have a high IQ either and people condemn them when they kill. As for that case in LA, if he raped a child, and the new law says he is eligible for the death penalty, then so be it. Tell me your thoughts if you were to come home and find someone raping your daughter who is under the age of 18. I would like to see you stand up for the rapist then.

I agree with you Connie. If you don't have one you can't use it or even think about using it. Well, maybe think about it, but that would be the point for anyone else who may have those thoughts.

Correction to JJ - Louisiana's barbaric law is exactly that - barbaric! I agree there should be harsher punishments for child abuse/sexual abuse cases - no denying - but in this Louisiana case - the step daughter only came forward a full 20 months after the crime took place. No DNA! Kids get it wrong. We botch things - and to set the matter straight the ones who truly care for these kids - social workers etc, have filed amicumbus briefs asking to withdraw rape from death penalties. No child wants to be be responsible for someone elses death. And this case in Louisiana draws protest because this is the first man to be sentenced to death under this new law - one he's African American and he has the IQ of 70 and because the court didn't officially pronounce him as mentally challenged or such they want to inject this man with chemicals. We have to be better than this - even if Louisiana isn't!

7 years? wow... and to "me".. no you are not defending him but anyone who has these is sick and wants to do something terrible and most likely will. Normal people do not even ever look for something like this. A very sick individual. He deserves waaaayyy more than 7 years.

I THINK THAT A MAN WHO TOUCHES A CHILD SHOULD BE STRIPPED OF HIS MANHOOD. THEY SHOULD BE CASTRATTED.ALSO,A WOMAN SHOULDN'T GET OFF THAT EASY EITHER.

As much as find this story to be utterly disturbing...I find that the article itself just as horrible... The third paragraph states, "Police say one video shows a four-year-old girl having sex with a man and the other gives advice and examples on how to sexually abuse minors." Excuse me but shouldn't it read that one video shows a man raping a four-year old girl? How in the hell can a 4 yr old HAVE sex?? It makes it sound like she was a willing participant for God sake! Reporting like this slays me...have we become that desensitized??

But when a female teacher molests a student its all fun and games. Just another example of how women get let off the hook.

I am thoroughly disgusted with this brand of crime- I think crimes against children should have a different scale of punishment. DEATH penalty for physical abuse, and 20 years for possession of child pornography. Remember- Jesus said to think of a sin is on par with committing it. Since we're not in the business of reading hearts and minds, having tangible proof of what a person is mulling over should be enough to convict.

I agree that people who harm children should be put our of their misery. Unfortunately the Supreme Court does not agree. Recently they overturned the death sentence of a man in Louisana convicted of raping his 8 year old step daughter so severely that she required emergency surgery. The Supreme Court said that a crime that doesn't involve taking a life shouldn't be subject to Capital Punishment even child rape. Go figure! Maybe somebody take the five justices that voted this way and line them against a wall, and rat ta ta tat!!!! Well may be not but its a good day dream.

I agree with mom. Put a tattoo on the forehead of every prisoner describing their crime. Let them take care of it themselves. How about making mandatory minimum sentences WITHOUT parole? this good behavior BS has got to go. Until we crack down on offenders, we may as well just let them out now.

Hmm, up to 7 yrs? And on good behavior, he serves at most, 3 1/2yrs. The laws MUST be changed! These perverted people should be put to death. I hate that my taxes are putting food in his mouth, with free room and board. When I'm struggling to feed my own family. I'm so sick of our prisons, making criminals lives so easy. We need to lower the prison population by death, starting with the murders, rapist, and child molesters. Not by releasing them!

Posted by: reality check on Apr 22, 2008 at 09:22 AM
me: think about it. if he has the video of this perverted behavior-which HARMS CHILDREN to be produced, then he has, by purchasing, or accepting from someone who purchased the perverted trash, supported the industry which IS HARMING children. so, indirectly at least HE DID HARM CHILDREN. and, if he was sharing the perverted information on the perverted video with other perverts, they will be more likely to act on their perverted inclinations, causing MORE CHILDREN TO BE HARMED. SO YES-HE IS HURTING CHILDREN! Duh.and, for destroying young innocent lives, he "might" get a whopping seven years. he should be executed.

I think he should get the DEATH Penalty and be done with it

Posted by: me on Apr 20, 2008 at 08:30 PM
all he is accused of is having the videos on his computer, not actually commiting the acts..am i right...i am not defending him by any means, but as far as we know he hasnt hurt any children...thats all i'm sayin

Posted by: lucy Location: south bend on Apr 19, 2008 at 09:38 AM
I'm sorry but I don't understand how a person like this that does that kind of thing to innocent children and get UP TO 7 years...give me a break..that's sick and wrong, but if you're caught doing something else like smoking some wacky tobacky you're in jail for a long time??? Doesn't make too much sense to me! I believe crimes like this and murder should get the death penalty by lethal injection. Why pay for these losers to be in jail...think about that one next time you refer the death penalty as "two wrongs don't make a right"

Posted by: mom Location: America on Apr 19, 2008 at 03:53 AM
I think that if he's found guilty, then he should be put in the general population in prison with a big sign on his back saying what he is in jail for. That should take car e of it!

Posted by: Tom Location: Leesburg on Apr 18, 2008 at 12:08 PM
If this guy is found guilty he deserves a lot more than 7 years. Why is our system so easy on pediophiles who only prey on and destroy the most innocent members of our society? It seems to be the general conscenses of phsychologists that they always repeat their crimes even after being caught. I think it's time our judicial system (JUDGES) rememberd that laws are there to protect the innocent not the criminals. With all the cases that have been made public where judges barely slapped the wrist of some horrible sex offender it makes me wonder if there isn't some sort of underground child porn ring they're all part of.

Anyone guilty of this, or any such atrocity, should have something "important" cut off.
