Hoosiers looking to make more progress in 2013

Indiana heads into 2013 with the same list of goals it always seems to have.

Make the postseason. Win back the Old Oaken Bucket. Close with a flourish.

This time, the Hoosiers are not just hoping to make changes. They have a plan to get better.

Indiana (4-8, 2-6 Big Ten) made steady progress under second-year coach Kevin Wilson. They ended a 10-game conference losing streak, beat their first Football Bowl Subdivision foe since Wilson arrived and were even in position to play for a Big Ten title if they could have won their last three games.

Indiana lost all three of those games, primarily because of turnovers and a defense that struggled to tackle - areas Wilson plans to reinforce this offseason.
