Notre Dame Football senior linebacker Carlo Calabrese entered into a Pre Trial Diversion Agreement in connection with an arrest that happened back in May in the 700 block of North Notre Dame Avenue.
Police were called out on a report of a loud house party and Calabrese was charged with Intimidation, a Class A misdemeanor.
The Agreement requires Calabrese to perform 20 hours of community service, not commit any criminal offenses during the term of the Agreement, which expires July 30, 2013, and pay fees and costs of $329.00.
The Pre Trial Diversion Agreement is a standard agreement offered to first time non-violent misdemeanor offenders.
On Tuesday, Irish football coach Brian Kelly suspended Calabrese and quarterback Tommy Rees for the season opener against Navy in Ireland. Rees has pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors, including resisting arrest and minor consumption of alcohol.
Both players are allowed to participate in fall practice, which begins on Saturday.
