Two arrested for stealing scrap metal

Posted: 3:23 AM Jan 29, 2013
Reporter: NewsCenter 16

Two people have been arrested for attempting to steel scrap metal from a railroad company in Marshall County.

Reporting partners at WKVI Radio say Nathan Brady and Randall Warren, Jr. are accused of trying to steal from CSX Railroad near the Maple Street crossing in Lapaz.

The pair was wearing camouflage at the time, and one of the suspects had methamphetamines on him, as well as several pieces of paraphernalia.

Formal charges have not yet been filed, but the two are being held at the Marshall County Jail.
