Posted: 1:10 PM Dec 10, 2012

Update on the traffic troubles of a South Bend Councilman and his father.

Second District Democrat Henry Davis Jr. and his father were both involved in a late night traffic stop on Western Avenue in October.

Monday, an initial hearing for Henry Davis Senior was held. He faces a B-misdemeanor charge of reckless driving, punishable by up to 182 days in jail, and an infraction--for failing to yield to law enforcement.

Henry Davis Jr. has not yet been charged, as a Special Prosecutor from Allen County continues to review the investigation.
