Goshen Police are looking for the man who held up a 7-11 convenience store in the 1000 block of S. Main St. around 6 a.m. Monday.
A store clerk told officers that a white male walked into the store, asked for a pack of cigarettes and then demanded money from the main register. In attempt to further threaten the employee, the suspect pulled out a handgun and aimed it at the clerk.
Once in possession of an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect ran out of the store and escaped capture by responding squad cars.
Based on store surveillance cameras, the suspect is described as a white man between the ages of 30 and 40, with a dark auburn goatee and freckles. He is approximately 6’1” - 6’4” with a large build. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a dark hooded sweatshirt and black shoes.
