I was just thinking...did he have a bald tire? What made it blow out?

We were on the bypass right before this happenend because when we went to go back to Goshen they had the bypass blocked off and we also saw an ambulance taking someone away so I was worried about the person. I'm glad he didn't get hurt worse than that.

I live about 1/4 mile away from that accident and I was in my house and heard a huge explosion like sound. Glad no one was hurt.
