Goshen man pleads guilty to involvement with murder
A Goshen man has pleaded guilty to conspiring to commit murder for his role in the death of a man three months ago.
That's according to our reporting partners at the Elkhart Truth.
Prosecutors are going to drop a charge of criminal gang involvement as part of a plea agreement. William Terry was arrested in March with three other people after the death of John Staub, also from Goshen.
Sentencing is scheduled next month in Elkhart Circuit Court.
