Spending time in the summer sun takes a toll on your skin, but now there is a natural option to ward off wrinkles, Vitamin A.
Researchers applied retinol, a form of Vitamin A, to the underarm of elderly patients.
The other arm they left alone.
Researchers found less wrinkling in the treated arm and biopsies showed the skin actually started producing new structural components.
The study was small, only 23 people, but researchers are encouraged.
