When most people think of birth control pills, they probably think of the oral contraceptives, the kind that you have to swallow.
Now, there is a new option for women.
A New Jersey based drug-maker has introduced the first birth control pill of its kind.
Warner Chilcott is producing a chewable pill that tastes like mint.
It is the same version of its Ovcon 35 pill.
The new oral contraceptive has the same hormones, but the company says it is an alternative for women who do not like swallowing pills.
