Taco Bell Cuts Trans Fats

Taco Bell is saying adios to Trans Fats.

The fast-food chain plans to cut Trans Fats from cooking oils in all of its US restaurants by next April.

More than 4200 Taco Bell restaurants have already made the switch to canola oil.

Right now, Taco Bell uses Trans Fats oils to fry 15 menu items, including: nachos, taco salad shells, and potatoes.
