You work hard, you sweat, you eat healthy, but you still can't lose weight?
Now, a new device can give you all the information you need for success.
Biljan Mikhailovic has lost 18 pounds and has kept it off.
The secret to her success was taking a test called the body fat analysis.
First, Biljan's weight and waist are measured and then electrodes are attached to her hands and feet.
They send a signal through the muscles in the body that calculate body fat, metabolic rate and how many calories she burns at rest.
The print out shows she's in the normal range, burning about 1400 calories at rest, a day.
To lose weight she'll have to consume 500 calories less than that.
If she exercises she can consume a couple hundred additional calories.
Carolyn Katzin, M.S, C.N.S. of DNA Diet in Los Angeles explains, "It's not about one size fits all anymore. This is really personalizing your health for yourself."
You can get the body fat analysis test at health clubs around the country or at a nutritionist's office.
It costs between $30 and $70 dollars.
