We’ve been told breakfast is the only way to start the day, but is it?
New information is leading nutritionists and scientists to question that age old breakfast adage.
Some say breakfast is not necessary for adults, while others are sticking to conventional wisdom.
"I used to not eat breakfast, but I have been eating breakfast because I'm trying to lose weight, and everything I read says if you don't, you're really doing your body a disservice," says Breakfast Advocate Susie McNeese.
Still, some scientists claim it is healthier for adults to skip breakfast if they eat carefully the rest of the day, which is what is fueling the debate.
