Cracking the Da Vinci Code was no small feat for Tom Hanks, but researchers from Johns Hopkins University have topped that one.
They’ve identified the genetic code for nearly 200 genes that mutate and lead to breast and colon cancer.
Many of which were not previously known to play a role in these diseases.
Experts say finding new gene targets will allow new drugs to be developed.
