Green Tea Beneficial In Preventing Heart Disease

Doctors in Japan are looking into if green tea can protect you from heart disease.

A new study found the people who drink green tea every day are 26% less likely to die from heart disease than people who didn't.

Now, the study was not for casual drinkers.

They found it took five or more cups a day to get those benefits.

The protective effect appeared to be even stronger for women.
