A Detroit official says a U.S. Postal Service truck ran a stop sign and hit a bus, injuring at least seven people on board.
Detroit Department of Transportation Deputy Director Lovette Williams says the crash happened about 2:30 p.m. near the campus of Wayne State University.
Williams says seven people were taken to a hospital for treatment. She tells The Detroit News she doesn't know how seriously anyone was hurt.
The Associated Press left a message for Detroit police Monday night seeking information.
