A motorcyclist is recovering after plunging 25 feet to the ground during a circus performance in Saginaw.
Josh Headford was performing a stunt Sunday as part of the Shrine Circus when his bike hit a cable and he crashed to the floor at the Dow Event Center.
Circus director Craig Hatch tells The Saginaw News that Headford suffered a broken femur. Another man was struck in the face by a cable.
A video of the incident shows the crowd was immediately told to leave the building so a medical crew could help Headford. It was the final act of the show. Hatch says "everyone was in shock."
Officials say the cable may have been too low, causing the motorcycle to strike it.
