Britax Child Safety, Inc., an Elkhart company, announced that it is conducting a safety recall on its CHAPERONE™ Infant Car Seat.

Britax Child Safety, Inc., an Elkhart company, announced that it is conducting a safety recall on its CHAPERONE™ Infant Car Seat.
Britax warns that the seat could come apart during a crash because of improperly installed rivets.
The recall includes CHAPERONE Infant Car Seats manufactured between September 1, 2010 and April 30, 2011 with Model Numbers:
Canada: E9L952J, E9L952K, E9L952L
USA: E9L692J, E9L692K, E9L692L, and E9L692M
