Treacherous conditions caused by a slow-moving snowstorm have led to at least three fatal accidents across Michigan.
Isabella County sheriff's officials say 38-year-old Candum Buckner of Mount Pleasant was killed Tuesday afternoon when he lost control of his pickup on state Route 20 and hit another vehicle.
Shortly before 10 a.m., 70-year-old Roberta Greene of Kalamazoo died after her car lost control on southbound Interstate 75 in Bay County, crossed the median and collided with a semitrailer.
A 35-year-old Ypsilanti woman died about 9 a.m. after her car collided with another car, then was struck broadside by a waste hauling truck on Interstate 94, about 30 miles southwest of Detroit.
Up to 10 inches of snow is expected in some areas through Wednesday morning.
