Burton, MI A retired police officer has shot and killed a masked gunman at a Flint-area poker room.

A retired police officer has shot and killed a masked gunman at a Flint-area poker room.
WJRT-TV reports the gunman shot out the front door of the Palace Poker Room in Burton around 1 a.m. Wednesday before walking in and firing at least one round into the ceiling.
He told the 30 to 60 people inside to hit the floor.
WEYI-TV says two of the people in attendance were former police officers. One of them was armed and shot and killed the masked gunman.
