Terre Haute police say they plan to charge at least two teenagers with arson for using homemade napalm to set fire to a covered bridge.
The fire destroyed the 30-foot replica bridge in Deming Park last May.
Police say a 15-year-old boy arrested in a burglary on Sunday implicated himself and two other 15-year-olds in the fire.
Detective Terry Shook says the teens made the flammable jelly-like napalm with a recipe they found on the Internet.
Terre Haute Fire Department arson investigator Norm Loudermilk says one of the teens unsuccessfully attempted to put out the fire with a hoodie he had dipped into the creek.
Police say the teens will face charges in juvenile court.
