Hundreds of postal workers rallied in South Bend Tuesday afternoon, crying out against the potential closing of the city’s main processing plant.
The Postal Worker's Union says, despite what Congress is reporting, the Postal Service is not broke and actually has a surplus.
Earlier this year the Postal Service said it wants to stop Saturday delivery and lay off more than 120,000 workers, including several in our area.
The workers hope Congress will step in and fix the problems.
