The owner of Kenneth G's Rare Coins is facing charges of Medicaid fraud and theft. His court date has been postponed.

The owner of Kenneth G's Rare Coins is facing charges of Medicaid fraud and theft. Although he was expected to is court Firday, February 3rd, the date has been postponed for a week.
The charges come from an investigation in September of last year after a ring worth nearly $15,000 was stolen by a burglar and illegally sold to Kenneth Gaipa.
A separate investigation found Gaipa received more than $64,000 in public assistance, but he did not qualify for help.
Gaipa will be in federal court next Friday on the tax charges.
