Indiana second district congressman Joe Donnelly made a stop in South Bend Wednesday, right in the middle of his state-wide kick-off campaign for senate.
Donnelly stopped by the Original Pancake House on Ironwood to talk with community residents and take questions from the media.
Those members talked with Donnelly about their backgrounds, successes, and challenges.
Donnelly visited South Bend in the middle of a 10-stop tour throughout the state.
"It's a chance to travel around the state and hear what everyone thinks on jobs and education and how to make our country stronger," Donnelly said. "There's a lot more wisdom here in Indiana than there is in Washington."
After stopping in South Bend, Donnelly continued his tour with visits in Kokomo and Fort Wayne.
