Twenty-percent of a recruiting class in 12 hours.
Not bad.
One week before the start of fall camp, Brian Kelly and his coaching staff are awfully busy.
In a span of 12 hours on Friday, Notre Dame landed three major recruits for the class of 2011 in running back Justice Hayes, defensive end Anthony Rabasa and cornerback Jalen Brown.
Hayes, a 4-star running back from Grand Blanc, Michigan was the first to commit Friday morning.
11 hours later, Rabasa made his intentions known, choosing the Irish over Florida, Florida State and Miami. The Miami native's commitment is a bit of a surprise as he just recently visited Notre Dame. Rabasa stands 6'2" and weighs 220 pounds.
An hour after Rabasa joined the Irish family, Jalen Brown made it a trifecta. According to Irish illustrated, Brown, a 170-pound cornerback, chose the Irish over Nebraska, Texas A&M and Texas Tech.
With the addition of Hayes, Rabassa and Brown, Notre Dame now has 15 players committed for the incoming class of 2011.
And the weekend is just getting started, with more news expected on Saturday.
