Days after she was arrested for driving under the influence, Goshen's City Clerk and Treasurer has apologized for what she says was a bad decision.
That's according to our reporting partners at the Elkhart Truth.
Tina Bontrager was arrested Sunday morning with a BAC of 0.12 percent.
On Tuesday, Bontrager said she will never make the decision to drink and drive again. She said she made a mistake, but she says the decision did not affect her work.
Reviews by the State Board of Accounts have reflected positively on Goshen's finances since Bontrager took office.
She faces up to two months in jail and could lose her license.
