It's the Lenten season and for many people in Michiana, that means no meat on Fridays. Meantime others might just be looking for ways to spice up their seafood.
Elise Kunkel, the cooking school coordinator for Martins Supermarkets joined us on 16 Morning News with these three simple recipes:
Martin's is hosting a cooking class called "Cooking With Wine" on March 30 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. It costs $25 per person and will be taught by Bill O'Brien, a former White House chef. To register, go to the customer service desk at Martin's Heritage Square or call (574) 807-8220.
