The winter months can be downright dreary at times for a lot of people. So if you're singing the winter blues, tonight, you can "Ditch Your Stress".
The Elkhart Environmental Center is hosting the workshop starting at 6 p.m. The center is located on East Lusher Avenue.
Participants should dress comfortably. They're asked to leave their worries at the door and bring a $3 donation.
Stress can take a toll on your body, including your skin. Coming up on Friday, Dr. Ronald Downs from the Centre PC will join 16 Morning News to talk about wrinkles. Learn how they form and if wrinkle creams really work. He’ll have the scoop in part one of this month’s Health and Beauty BreakDowns.
