Elkhart company receives $10 million defense contract

Plans to step up US military presence in Afghanistan will mean work for a local company.
Bull Moose Tube in Elkhart will help build new blast-resistant vehicles heading to Afghanistan.
The company has a contract with the Department of Defense totaling $10 million to supply 2300 tons of steel tubing for the vehicles.
It's part of the Pentagon's $2.8 billion plan to equip US forces.
Bull Moose employs 90 people in Elkhart.
