Free hot chocolate and cookies are part of this year’s Christmas Tree Lighting Festival this Friday night in downtown South Bend.
This year the tree has been moved from the Morris Performing Arts Center to the College Football Hall of Fame.
All the fun begins Friday evening at 5:30.
The nearby parking garage will be free and there will be singers and dancers, and of course, Santa.
