1st Source Bank just wrapped up a food drive to help the people served by the Center for the Homeless, the Salvation Army and the YWCA, but they didn't just donate food.
They also donated $10,000 for the three charities, which is a big help for those organizations.
“It was very significant to them because this allows them to buy fresh foods for the holiday season,” said Tina Perkins of 1st Source Bank
The Center for the Homeless, the Salvation Army and the YWCA each received checks for over $3,300.
Horizon Bank is also helping out local charities.
They raised $6,000 for local food pantries, including the Food Bank of Northern Indiana, Harbor Country Food Pantry, and the Salvation Army.
