People who wanted a Black Friday experience one week early had a chance in Granger during an overstock sale.
On Friday at the City Plaza Shopping Center, people took advantage of huge bargains. Several area boutiques came together and set up this two day sale.
From shoes, clothes, jewelry, and more, they say “no fashionista will want to miss this shopping extravaganza.”
“I'm a personal shopper and wardrobe coach and I'm hearing from all my friends who have boutiques they have overstock they have to get rid of and they weren't exactly sure how to do that because their stores are so full. My clients are always looking for a good deal, so it seemed like the logical thing to do,” said Kathy Friend, who organized the overstock sale.
The sale is also Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm. City Plaza Shopping Center is on the corner of University Drive and Fir Road in Granger. If you went Friday, you should still go back Saturday. New merchandise will be out.
