Topeka man airlifted to hospital after fight in Elkhart Co.
Syracuse, IN A fight broke out at a party in southeastern Elkhart County early Sunday morning, ending with a man being airlifted from the scene with stab wounds.

A fight broke out at a party in southeastern Elkhart County early Sunday morning, ending with a man being airlifted from the scene with stab wounds.
Police say, Michael Vliet of Topeka was stabbed numerous times on the front and back of his body.
The fight between Vliet and three other men started during a party at a home on C.R. 29 in Syracuse around 12:30 Sunday morning.
So far nobody has been arrested. Vliet was airlifted to a Fort Wayne hospital in stable condition and underwent surgery Sunday morning.
