On Friday, the two-year-old girl who was found murdered last week in LaPorte County will be laid to rest.
Jada Justice's body was found in a swamp and encased in cement nine days after she was reported missing from a Gary convenience store on June 16th.
Jada's cousin, 18-year-old Engelica Castillo, and her 23-year-old boyfriend Timothy Tkachik are charged in connection with Jada's murder.
Police say Castillo beat the child after she and her boyfriend used heroin.
When they realized she was dead, they tried to hide the body.
Visitation for Jada is Friday from noon until 2:00 at Edmonds Funeral Home in Portage.
The funeral begins at 2:00 with the burial to follow.
