Starke County says it's the biggest Relay for Life turnout they've seen for years.
Roughly 750 people walked from Friday afternoon through Saturday morning to help raise money for the American Cancer Society.
The walk offers the chance to remember loved ones lost to cancer, and also honor those currently battling the disease.
It makes for a long night, but everyone involved says, it's worth the time.
"Everybody is tired, we've been up way over 24 hours a lot of us, but as you can see they're all still very energetic -- they're just not ready to quit. We can never quit the fight and they're out here fighting continually all night," explains Denise Shearin of Starke County's Relay for Life.
This year's Starke County relay event raised more than $26,000.
