Conservative political activist Alan Keyes ran against Barack Obama in the 2004 Illinois Senate race, and on Friday, Keyes spoke out in opposition to Obama's visit to Notre Dame.

Protestors held another rally against Obama's speech at Notre Dame's commencement ceremony. They were greeted by the words and support of Keyes.

In addition to Keyes, some parents brought their kids to the protest to hold signs and wear trash bags.

Anti-abortion activist Randall Terry and some of the children shot a Youtube video to expand the protest's message.

Keyes said the children at the protest were symbolic of the movement.

"I think everything we do for the sake of life we do for the sake of our children, and reminding people, that they are in fact what is at stake here, is vitally important," said Keyes.

Obama is set to speak at the Notre Dame commencement on May 17th.
