A former middle school teacher, charged in a child seduction case involving a student, bonded out of jail Wednesday.
That, after the prosecutor's office filed a motion to have her bond revoked.
Brooke Biggs was arrested Monday morning after police say she violated an order not to have contact with the 16-year-old girl in question.
The court will make a ruling on whether to revoke Biggs bond on May 6th.
Before that, the former Grissom Middle School physical education teacher will be in court April 14th to answer to charges she violated the court's order not to have contact with the girl.
Her trial is set for July 7th.
