Due to flooding Red Cross opens shelter in Pulaski County
Because of rapidly rising waters in some parts of Michiana, the Red Cross has opened an evacuation shelter in Pulaski County.

Because of rapidly rising waters in some parts of Michiana, the Red Cross has opened an evacuation shelter in Pulaski County.
The shelter will be located at Bethel Bible Church on West State Road 14 in Winamac.
Flood victims will have access to cots, blankets and other items.
People who evacuate to the Red Cross shelter are encouraged to bring comfort items -- such as pillows, medicines and things for children.
