Police persistence, coupled with help from neighbors, puts a Kosciusko County couple behind bars.
Leon and Heather Bontrager from Cromwell were arrested for making meth.
Officials say the arrest is a good example of how neighbors were able to help police.
The couple's neighbors smelled a strong odor, called for help, and police immediately found ingredients and equipment used to make the drug.
Both husband and wife are behind bars--held for a total of $4,000 bond.
