Hundreds of bothersome birds are causing headaches at the Fulton County courthouse.
For about a month, hundreds of noisy crows have been roosting in the trees and making a mess on the west side of the courthouse in Rochester.
The County Commissioner says it is the first time the crows have invaded the courthouse grounds.
Commissioners plan to use an electronic distress call to scare the crows and force them to scatter. If that doesn't work, an expert from Purdue says the crows should eventually disperse from the courthouse in the spring to mate and nest.
