Elkhart police arrest man accused of molesting family member
Police were informed of incident after receiving call from Department of Child Services.

Elkhart police have arrested a man accused of molesting a teenage family member.
Police arrested 32-year-old James Cales last week after the Department of Child Services received a complaint of sexual misconduct with a minor.
The victim originally reported the incident to school officials, who forwarded the information to DCS.
Cales is being charged with sexual misconduct with a minor as well as incest, both felonies.
The court set a $100,000 bond for Cales.
