Michiana fashion show benefits charity
Last weekend, they shopped until they dropped, and Sunday night area girls strutted their stuff for the Michiana Pure Fashion show.

Last weekend, they shopped until they dropped, and Sunday night area girls strutted their stuff for the Michiana Pure Fashion show.
The Palais Royale in downtown South Bend played host for the 2nd annual fashion show. About 500 people came out for dinner, an auction, and the catwalk.
29 area high school girls hit the runway to showcase age-appropriate clothes that are still fun and affordable.
“This fashion show really shows that young women have importance, and they have to realize that importance with their dignity,” said model Katie Day. “I think this fashion show just really shows that women of any size shape and color just beautiful the way they are.”
WNDU’s own Tricia Sloma took part in the event, serving as the emcee.
Proceeds from the Pure Fashion show will benefit the Women's Care Center.
