The Cook Nuclear Power Plant in Bridgman will be conducting extra tests of its emergency sirens in the coming weeks.
Our partners at WSJM Radio report, it's all part of routine maintenance.
The tests will be in short 30 second bursts, coming three at a time or so. In a real emergency, the sirens would go off for three straight minutes.
No one should be alarmed when they hear the tests.
