Indiana State Police were busy during saturation patrols earlier this month.
Troopers were targeting impaired and dangerous drivers on the toll road, patrolling through seven counties.
During the saturation patrol, troopers issued 156 traffic tickets, 314 traffic warnings and arrested nine drunk drivers. They also made four criminal arrests and assisted 27 stranded drivers.
State police is trying to cut down on the alcohol-related crashes throughout the state from the 168 alcohol related deaths, last year.
