A Fort Wayne man accused of using a camera hidden in his shoe to take video images under women's skirts at an Indianapolis shopping mall has been found guilty of four counts of attempted child exploitation and one count of resisting arrest.

The Indianapolis Star reports a jury deliberated two hours Tuesday before finding 42-year-old David Delagrange guilty. He was arrested in February 2010 at Castleton Square Mall.

A court commissioner in June of 2010 dropped 10 voyeurism charges against Delagrange, ruling that voyeurism means peeping inside a dwelling, not looking up a skirt in a public place. That ruling meant that no charges remained against Delagrange for images of adult women. However, he was found to have video images of a 15-year-old and three 17-year-olds at the mall.
