President Bush plans to travel to New Albany next week for his second stop in the southern Indiana city this year.

The White House says Bush will make a speech about the federal budget on Tuesday at The Grand convention center.

White House spokesman Alex Conant says Bush has been traveling the country talking about the need for the Congress to pass "a fiscally responsible, pro-growth budget."

Bush traveled to New Albany in March and stopped at an elementary school, where he gave a speech urging Congress to renew the federal No Child Left Behind law.
