Two Niles teens who pleaded guilty in a sex video extortion case are expected to hear their sentences Monday morning.
18-year-old Parnell Martin entered a guilty plea in exchange for a lesser sentence with the Prosecutor's office back in November.
He originally faced life in prison, but now faces a maximum of 15 years.
As part of the plea deal, Martin admitted to the judge he threatened to use a sex tape to sexually extort and coerce an underage female.
18-year-old Trey Nichols also pleaded guilty in exchange for a deal with prosecutors.
He originally faced 13 counts, but that was dropped down to just two.
Nichols is guilty of taping or photographing underage females having sex or while naked. He will have to be registered as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
He faces 10 years in prison, but a judge will have the final say Monday.
