Tippecanoe Valley School treasurer found dead
The Kosciusko and Fulton County Sheriff’s Departments are investigating the death of a Rochester woman.
Sherri Adamson, 50, of Rochester, was found Monday in a wooded area near her house. It appeared as if she'd shot herself with a firearm.
According to a media release, Adamson had been the Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation treasurer and was being questioned by authorities on improper use of school corporation funds.
Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department detectives continue to investigate the exact cause of her death.
