The Mishawaka Police Department is searching for a suspect involved in an armed robbery.

The incident happened just before 7 a.m. Saturday at the Marathon Gas Station located at 335 W. McKinley Ave.

Police say a male suspect showed a gun and dispatcher say he took off with "something," but what exactly he stole remains unknown.

The suspect is described as a black man around 5' 11" tall. He wore a black cloth mask and black clothing during the robbery.
