59-year-old Timothy Piech has been sentenced to three years in prison and two years suspended.

He will be serving his sentence at the St. Joseph County Jail and will continue to pay more than $62,000 in restitution.

Police say last year, Joellen Lach and Timothy Piech stole $180,000 from the Blair Hills Neighborhood Association.

Lach was the manager at the time and was writing Piech checks for maintenance work he never performed.

Lach pleaded guilty to embezzlement in September and was sentenced July 28th to eight years in prison with two suspended.
